This course is for users, who want to

After installation and configuration, you will learn in the "basic
part" something about the functions of theGuard! ServiceDesk which are
important to know at the beginning.
In the "advanced part" you will learn details about the different functions.
Prerequisites:
Basic knowledge for IT-Service-Support.
